Teaching Credentials
I began teaching in college for monetary income but soon realized how additionally rewarding it is. Since then I have taught privately and in many schools and companies including MusicTime in San Francisco, CA, the International Opera Center of America in Orlando, FL, TakeLessons.com in New York City, NY and Bergen Academy of Music in Parkridge, NJ. My students range in age from 18 months to adults pursuing their own musical careers.
Lesson Details
During my time with each student I work on building strong techniques and foundations while singing or playing exciting songs chosen either by me or the student.
Teaching Philosophy
A lesson should be fun for both student and teacher. This results in a productive lesson that ensures the student`s continued enjoyment and progress. Building a strong, trusting relationship with my students allows them to feel comfortable taking risks and asking questions while keeping the joy of music present in each lesson.
